Our returns policy is very simple-
1. you want to return an item for reasons other than defect. NO PROBLEM. As long as it arrives back to us within 30 days of the date you received the item, in perfect unused condition with all labels attached. Please carefully fill in the returns slip which is included with all deliveries. We recommend you track the delivery back to us as we cannot refund until we receive the item back into our warehouse. Please allow up to three weeks for your refund, although it will normally be in one week. In this instance we can only refund the cost of the item not including the initial delivery charge. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
2. You have found a defect with the product. In this instance you must follow the contact instructions on the returns slip which will allow us to arrange collection of the item at our cost. Once we have verified the complaint we will give a full refund or arrange a replacement. If a refund is required we will also reimburse the initial cost of sending the item to you.
3. Made to Measure and Made to Order items are made with the details you provide us with. Provided we have followed your instructions accurately we are not able to accept returns. If there is a defect with the garment or your requested size has not been made then you can return the product for a full refund.
4. Special trouser lengths. If you order a special trouser length we cannot accept a return unless the product is not to standard.
